What is the return policy?

What do I do if I never received my order or my order is defective?
Email us at contact@richgonebroke.com and we will remedy that right away.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You can make changes as long as your order has not been processed. If your order has already been processed and you still wish to make changes, please email us at contact@richgonebroke.com with details and we will take care of it for you.

How can I track my order?
An email notice – with the tracking information – will be sent once you finish placing your order.

Why payment types do you accept?
Everything! Bank transfers and credit card payments may be made securely through PayPal – even if you DO NOT have a PayPal account.
We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum payments through our Coinbase Commerce platform.

These vary depending on the country. The estimated taxes and duties will be shown during the checkout process (under the shipping options).

When will I receive my order?
That depends on your location. We are doing our best to speed up the delivery time but for now…
France: It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and then 3 – 5 days for delivery.
Rest of World: Orders are processed within 1 business day in our HK warehouse. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose.
