Refunds and Exchanges


We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request an exchange.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will process your replacement immediately and with no extra shipping charge.  If your item is out of stock, we will replace it with another item of equivalent value or similar style, depending on your preference.

If you are not happy with your merchandise, just let us know and we will help you choose another item.  You are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return/exchange, please contact us at the email below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by email to the address stated below. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the original delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products sold if the loss is the result of mishandling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you the products.

You shall send back the products not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will have to bear the costs of returning the goods, including any applicable taxes.

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations on sales items or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



To be eligible for a return/exchange or cancellation, the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
