Refunds and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge.

If you are not happy with your merchandise, just let us know and we will help you choose another item.  You are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@richgonebroke.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
