PRODUCT CARE
To best protect your watch, be sure to avoid spraying perfume, hair spray etc. directly on the watch.  A jewelry polishing cloth can be used to polish the watch and clean it of smudges.  Watches are water resistant to a depth stated in the product descriptions but we do not recommend prolonged exposure to water.

 

WARRANTY

This product is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase and applies only to those purchased from the richgonebroke.com website.

The warranty does not cover the the strap/bracelet, battery, normal wear or any damage caused by mishandling of the product.

You must provide proof of purchase - including the date - when you request a repair.

Any component covered by the warranty will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge provided the defects are found under normal use. In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee you will receive a watch of the same model and color; if your model is not available, a watch of equivalent value or similar style will be provided, upon consultation with you.

For products purchased at your local retailer, please contact them directly.  Please note they may have a different warranty policy.

 

OUT OF WARRANTY

If the problem with your watch is not covered by the warranty or if the warranty has expired, we will still gladly help you with the repairs. 

Just contact us at the email below with a description of the problem (and a photo, if possible).  Our customer service will send you an estimate of the cost of the repairs.  We will proceed with the repairs only after you accept, in writing by email, the estimate of the repairs.
